June-July 2023 – Ford Credit

During my tenure as an Experience Lead at a finance company, I spent three fulfilling years contributing to the growth and success of the organization. As an Agile Coach, my return to the company for a few months proved to be a valuable opportunity to make a significant impact once again. While my primary role involved guiding the team in adopting and optimizing agile practices, my involvement extended far beyond this domain.

Drawing upon my diverse skill set, I also tackled UX challenges faced by the company, leveraging my background as a UX professional to enhance the overall user experience of their products and services. Moreover, I took it upon myself to empower the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. By combining agile principles with effective UX strategies, I was able to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and drive innovation throughout the company.

Throughout this engagement, witnessing the positive transformation of the team and the organization was immensely gratifying. My experience as an Agile Coach and UX specialist melded seamlessly, enabling me to leave a lasting and multifaceted impact on the finance company and its future endeavors.

June-December 2022 – The Automotive Association

As the Scrum Master and Project Lead for the Automotive Association, I took on a pivotal role in overseeing a critical project that demanded precision and adherence to strict timelines. My team comprised seven talented developers who specialized in Node.js, a technology crucial for the success of the initiative.

The project’s significance was amplified by the requirement to pass a stringent compliance process, adding an additional layer of complexity to the development journey. As the Scrum Master, I orchestrated and facilitated agile practices, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment. Through regular scrum meetings, sprint planning, and backlog grooming, I ensured seamless communication and alignment within the team.

Being the Project Lead, I assumed a hands-on approach, coordinating the development efforts and supervising the progress. The success of the project hinged on meticulous planning and execution, and I ensured that the team stayed on track, met deadlines, and adhered to the compliance requirements.

Through effective leadership, open communication, and dedication, we achieved our objectives within the tight timeline, passing the compliance process with flying colors. This experience as both Scrum Master and Project Lead not only honed my technical skills but also solidified my capacity to lead and deliver high-impact projects in time-critical environments.
