UX design

2016-2019 – Cognizant

As a UX designer, I’ve had the exciting opportunity to be deeply involved in the end-to-end design process of various applications, catering to both B2B and B2C markets. Through this diverse experience, I have honed my skills in crafting intuitive and user-centric digital experiences that resonate with the target audience.

As a UX designer, one of the most significant projects in my career took place at DLL in the Netherlands. During this transformative experience, I had the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of both a Lessee Portal and a Dealer Portal.

In designing the Lessee Portal, my focus was on crafting a seamless and user-friendly platform that would empower lessees to efficiently manage their accounts, access relevant information, and streamline their interactions with DLL. By conducting user research and incorporating UX best practices, I ensured that the portal catered to the specific needs and preferences of the lessees, resulting in a highly engaging and personalized experience.

Simultaneously, working on the Dealer Portal posed an equally exhilarating challenge. My aim was to create a powerful and intuitive platform that would enable dealers to efficiently manage their accounts, access real-time data, and efficiently collaborate with DLL. Through close collaboration with stakeholders and continuous user testing, I ensured that the portal’s design not only met but exceeded the expectations of the dealer network, strengthening their partnerships with DLL.

Throughout both projects, I embraced a user-centered approach, continuously seeking feedback and iterating on the designs to ensure the highest levels of usability and satisfaction. Witnessing the impact of my work as these portals became valuable tools for lessees and dealers alike was truly rewarding and reaffirmed my passion for UX design and its potential to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

One standout project in my journey involved collaborating with Aker Solutions in Norway as a researcher. In this role, I engaged directly with field workers, conducting in-depth interviews to understand their unique workflows and challenges. By delving into their daily activities, I identified potential areas for digitalization to optimize their processes. The culmination of this effort was the creation of an experience map, visualizing the envisioned digital transformations. This process not only highlighted opportunities for improvement but also laid the groundwork for impactful and tailored solutions.

Throughout my UX design career, I’ve had the privilege of being at the forefront of driving positive change in the digital landscape. My passion for user-centered design, combined with my research acumen, has allowed me to create meaningful and efficient experiences that bridge the gap between users and technology, ultimately making a positive impact on people’s lives.
